Everyone at Profin is deeply saddened by the passing of Barry Ward, our former Quality Manager on Friday 25th October 2024. Barry played an instrumental role in establishing and upholding the quality standards we adhere to today. His unwavering dedication and expertise were key in guiding us through our initial IATF audits, a significant milestone that solidified Profin’s commitment to quality and excellence.
Barry’s legacy extends beyond his technical achievements; he was known for his kindness, patience, and willingness to mentor anyone in need of guidance. His enthusiasm for quality management and attention to detail inspired countless individuals who were fortunate to work alongside him. Barry wasn’t just a manager; he was a friend and a mentor, who consistently went above and beyond to support his team and those around him.
