Just to let everyone know that LRQA have now finished their quality audits and that we are delighted to report that we have not had any non-conformances noted during our 14001 audit in November and only 4 very minor non-conformances were raised during our IATF 16949 audit this week.
A big thanks to everyone in the Profin Team in your continued adherence to management principles and procedures enabling a consistent and successful outcome this year and again, specific thanks to Reg for continuing to maintain our quality management systems extremely well and ensuring that our procedures remain both robust and practical for day to day effectiveness.
We also very much appreciate Alexβs help in particular and commitment in the early part of the year in undertaking the auditor training at very short notice and also in passing the exams successfully too. He is now qualified to undertake IATF internal audits and it is intended that he will continue to contribute and participate in this area.
