Dedicated to the memory of Peter Smith
This site is a tribute to Peter Smith. He is much loved and will always be remembered. We are extremely saddened at the recent passing away of Peter Smith on 10th February 2024, the former MD and owner of PFG / Profin Protective Finishing Ltd. Peter was the brains and the driving force behind the Company for a great many years, following on from generations of his family before him, until he ultimately retired in 2004. He was an affable inspirational man and an extremely successful entrepreneur and he will be very much missed by his family and all that knew him.
Funeral for Peter Smith
The funeral service will be at St. Peters Church, Flyford Flavell on Monday 4th March 2024 at 11am
There will be a buffet lunch at The Boot Inn after the service to which all are welcome (it would be very helpful if you could let us know by email to PerryfieldsBarn@proton.me if you intend to come).
Lee at The Boot has kindly allowed parking in The Boot car park during the funeral service.
There will be family flowers only. If anyone wishes to make a charitable donation instead, please see the donation details on this page.
